NewGirlFriendMusic

What up World this ya boi C.J...So I'm over here listening to my broke iphone (cracked the screen) and I been playing this Charles Hamilton song over and over and over. It's called newgirlfriendmusic. He really snapped on this. He's one of my new favorite artist. I really fell in love with the beat originally and the lyrics is crazy. He's so brutally honest about his thoughts. I believe everybody should check out his mixtape "The Pink Lavalamp" and "Well Isn't This Awkward". I think people will really appreciate his honesty as an artist if nothing else. Charles Hamilton is much more than a rapper, he's a musician, he plays a number of instruments as well. This guy really has the potential to be very instrumental in the hip hop world, what do yall think? I think he has potential to be a legend before its all said and done. I feel that he is going to surprise the world with his album when it drops, "This Perfect Life". What do yall think about him? Blog bout it.lol. Peace.....Oh yea check out his joint newgirlfriendmusic at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNnejYFkQF4

C.J.'s Album Of The Week

Whats up, this is your soon to be favorite artist C.J. lol. For my Album of The Week I definetley have to go with 88 keys' The Death of Adam. So peep this right, the album is about this cat named Adam and how his experience with women leads to his death. Just how Eve was the death of Adam in the bible (cool huh?). The whole album tells a story. If you just follow the tracklisting you can see, it goes as such; 1. Morning Wood 2. Nice Guys Finish Last 3. The Friend Zone 4. Handcuff em 5. Stay Up 6. There's Pleasure in it 7. Awwww man (round 2) 8. Dirty Peaches 9. Close Call 10. Burning Bush 11. Ho Is Short For Honey 12. No, I Said I liked You 13. M.I.L.F 14. Another Victim....The story line on here is one of the best that I have ever seen. He has features from Kanye West, Phonte of Little Brother, Redman, Kid Cudi and many others. Though Keys dosen't feature on every song, the songs which he is spitting on are very very hot. I don't believe that there are any bad song's on this album. I know all my fellas who been through it with a chick can realte to this 4real 4real, this album should be like "Relationship 101" for all niggas.lol. And ladies need to grab this so yall can see where we coming from and where we stand on relationships and how yall conciously and sub-conciously be doing to us, 4real. So, everybody go cop it 4real. We must support good music yall, 4real. So big up's to 88 Keys, your definetley doing your thing man, and I hope to collab with you sometime in the near future. Peace

Naga's Album of the week

So as we are in the early stages of setting up our blog page one of the things we want to try to get in the habit of doing is an album of the week (one from both of us). The plan is to highlight a CD that we are really feeling at the time old or new. With that being said here is my album of the week DJ Deckstream's DECKSTREAM SOUNDTRACKS 2. It's a compilation CD with artist such as Mos Def , Nikki Jean, and T Boz from TLC. This CD might be hard to find because he is a Japanese DJ but trust me this dude has beats for days( alot of people might know him from the Lupe song can you let me know wich was on Deckstreams frist CD) and is defenitaly worth checking out. PEACE

OMEN

Yo whats good its ya man Kris, and I was just letting you know you should check out an up and coming chicago MC by the name of Omen. He raps, he sings and produces and all that. He's a real musical guy, he's even made a few beats for Gemstones of Lupe Fiasco's FNF crew. So check him out. http://www.myspace.com/hearomen. I feel he's truly one of the next big things to come out of the Chi. Peace

Welcome To The Official C.J. and Kris Naga Blogspot

What's good world!!! You are now on the official C.J. and Kris Naga blogspot. So, I know you all are like; "Who the fuck is C.J. and Kris Naga"? Well I'm glad you asked. We are soon to be the next great artist in the Hip Hop game. I go by the name of C.J. I'm a artist from the southside/eastside of Chicago. I've been rapping since the 3rd grade and I haven't slowed down yet. I love all types of music and I have love for EVERY artist because I feel everyone has something to contribute to the game..well almost everyone.lol. But anyways as the page grows we will be posting music. In the meantime feel free to check me out at myspace.com/listen2grand. I'm currently putting the finishing touches on my mixtape The Backup Plan. I will elaborate more on it as we post more blogs. My plan is to CHANGE THE WORLD THROUGH HIP HOP. Now, I'm not a "power to the people" type rapper, not a "gangster rapper" by any means, not a "backpack" rapper. The cool thing about it is nobody can classify me or compare me to anybody which is what I love. But I feel the music I make can really relate to people everywhere and by the end of my career I plan to have had effected millions upon milllions of people with my music. Me and Kris Naga are first cousins. He also spits some amazing shit!!! I'm not just saying that cause we are cousins but you all will see. But I'm going to let Kris holler at yall....Peace
Yo whats good fans, freinds, and foes? Glad to have you guys checking out the blogspot just hope you like it. The only thing I can tell you guys to expect is a best of different worlds type feel with this blog page and our music. Like my cousin i'm from the south side of the chi and yes, I spit. Right now I have a few projects in a slow progression but when there finished they will be crazy!!! All I can say for what you can expect out of me lyricaly is a reflection of what I take in from my world (I say "world" literally cause i'm influenced from things all over but esp things from japan) around me, the music I listen to, and the movie shows I watch. So I guess all I can say is that dealing with me your gonna be in for a real different vibe that I hope you all like. I could say more but I'll just let my future post speak for me . PEACE
